Guidelines for Interfaith Events and Dialogue
The Committee for Christian Unity and the Bishops of the Church of Ireland have published a pamphlet, Guidelines for Interfaith Events and Dialogue. These Guidelines aim to be helpful in situations where people of different faiths encounter one another.

CCEE and CEC discuss ecumenism and relations with Muslims in Europe
Participants examined and approved the working programme of the CCEE-CEC Committee for relations with Muslims in Europe. This includes a European Christian/Muslim conference, which will be held in Malines/Brussels (Belgium) from 20-23 October 2008 on 'Being a citizen of Europe and a person of faith'.

Spiritual Guidance in Our Multi Faith Society
A conference for Christians and Muslims working with people in the multi-faith communities of the North of England. Tickets are now available for the Cardinal's Lectures, a series of six lectures examining faith and life in Britain. They are being held at Westminster Cathedral at 7pm on Thursday evenings from 3 April to 8 May 2008. A Framework for Inter Faith Dialogue and Social Action
The Department of Communities and Local Government has launched a document, Face-to-Face and Side-by-Side - a Framework for Inter Faith Dialogue and Social Action - Consultation, which looks at different approaches to inter faith relations. Co-operation with Muslims in Europe should be intensified
The Council of European Bishops' Conference and the Conference of European Churches have issued a press release following a meeting of the Committee for Relations with Muslims in Europe (CRME) in Berlin (6-9 December) urging closer co-operation between the Christian churches and Islam.
