Purpose
The CISN exists to promote, both within and on behalf of the Churches, the interests of international students studying in Britain and Ireland.
CISN does this by:
- co-ordinating and enabling the work of the Churches in this field
- advocacy on behalf of international students
- providing consultancy to international students and those working with them
- liaising with relevant government and non-governmental organizations
- providing a Hardship Fund
- managing World Council of Churches scholarships in Britain and Ireland
